Chest supported rows cable or machine. 6. Chest supported low row machine. 7. Seated back extension machine. 8. Reverse bicep curls. 9. Bayesian cable curls. 10. Preacher curls.

For biceps all you need is 1 variation of curl (preacher curl is a good one)

For me 2 sets of shoulder abducction(lat pulldown) 2 sets of a sagital row(neutral grip machine row)(shoulder extensión) 2 sets of a transversal row(T-bar row)(escapular retraction) 1-2 sets of a rear delt isso(optional) 2 sets of any supinated curl(machine preacher curl, recline curl) 1-2 sets of neutral-pronated curl

First four are good but I would do one variation of bicep curl then hammer curls. Optional wrist curls at the end for forearms

There’s no bicep excercise to build the peak, just grow your biceps lol all curls give the same outcome
