Shave after the pedicure, not before. If something is too aggressive or you don’t like it, tell them. Especially if something is hurting you. I’m a nail tech, so I appreciate when clients communicate with me on these things

this would most likely be from shaving before a pedi which causes micro abrasions on the skin and causes the raw feeling!
