The only difference between Trump and Obama is that democrat states actually helped the deportations under Obama's presidencies.

the hypocrisy of the Democratic party. where were the protests during Obama's millions of deportations with no due process whatsoever. this is why the Democrats will continue to lose seats.

everybody in the United States of America that is not a US citizen, is here at the pleasure of the United States government. Both legal and illegal. If you blow a fart they don't like, they can remove you. Every other country operates exactly the same way. There is no trial, lawyer. Jury, because you are simply being sent home not incarcerated.

Under the U.S. Constitution, the due process rights of non-citizens (aliens) depend significantly on whether they are physically inside the United States or at a port of entry. Notice of the Charges: Written notification (a Notice to Appear) detailing the reasons they are subject to removal.A Hearing: The right to a hearing before an Executive Office for Immigration Review Immigration Judge to present evidence and testimony.Right to Counsel: The right to be represented by an attorney at their own expense (but not at government expense).Opportunity to Apply for Relief: The ability to seek asylum, withholding of removal, or cancellation of removal if eligible. Non-citizens who are intercepted at the border or who are attempting to enter the U.S. without valid documentation have no constitutional due process rights to contest their denial of entry. The government has virtually unchecked authority to exclude them, though by statute, they may be entitled to limited administrative processes like a credible fear interview if they express an intention to seek asylum. Expedited Removal: The government limits due process for certain individuals encountered near the border or within the interior who cannot prove they have been in the U.S. continuously for two years. They may be deported without appearing before a judge.National Security: Certain non-citizens deemed a national security threat or those associated with terrorist organizations are subject to highly restricted removal procedures. This young lady needs to actually needs to do research instead of going off of what see has her. Also, the courts tbat handle Immigration cases are Article II courts that are under the Executive branch, not Article III courts. They have the rignt to hire a lawyer, not the right to a lawyer appointed to them.
