everybody in the United States of America that is not a US citizen, is here at the pleasure of the United States government. Both legal and illegal. If you blow a fart they don't like, they can remove you. Every other country operates exactly the same way. There is no trial, lawyer. Jury, because you are simply being sent home not incarcerated.
