You have to watch your potassium levels with this medication. It’s a potassium sparing diuretic

I got shingles from using those shavers on my face I ordered on Amazon, where the h$ll are these things made? This is a modern issue we have no idea where things are manufactured, and I’m pretty sure western inspectors don’t have access to these sites.
