Creamy white malai seekh kabab curry 👌 Ingredients For Seekh Kebabs • Chicken breast – 2 pieces • Fresh coriander – ½ cup • Green chillies – 2 • Black pepper – 1 tbsp • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp • Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp • Cumin powder – 1 tbsp • Salt – to taste • Bread slice – 1 • Ghee – 2 tbsp • Oil – for frying For the White Malai Gravy • Onions – 2, finely chopped • Oil – 1 cup • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp • Mixed spices (same as kebabs) – ½ tbsp • Yogurt – 1 cup • Fresh cream (malai) – 1 cup • Milk – 2 cups • Salt – to taste Method: • Add chicken breast, fresh coriander, green chillies, black pepper, coriander powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder, salt, and a bread slice to a blender. • Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl. • Add ghee, mix well, and shape into seekh kebabs. • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the kebabs until lightly golden. Set aside. • Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, and sauté until soft and lightly golden. • Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant. • Add half a tablespoon of the same spices used in the kebabs. • Gradually add yogurt, stirring continuously. • Add the fried seekh kebabs, then add malai and milk. • Cook on low heat until the gravy is smooth, creamy, and thick. • Garnish with fresh coriander and extra malai, then serve. #kabab #curry #creamy #foryoupage❤️❤️ #trendingnow
