Heat olive oil in a pot, cook onion and garlic until soft. 2. Add sausage and ground beef. Cook through, then stir in pasta sauce and balsamic vinegar. Reduce to low and let simmer. 3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside. 4. In a baking pan, spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom. Layer noodles (I use oven ready lasagna noodles), cheese filling, and sauce. Repeat until the pan is full (3 layers). 5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. 6.
