And regarding stories like Jesus speaking in the cradle or creating the clay bird by Allah’s permission — critics say: “Ah, similar stories existed somewhere.” But similarity does not prove copying. Truth can exist in fragments before a final revelation. Muslims already believe previous revelations contained truth before corruption and alteration over time.
