Genuine Question: Why is MMA or any Art Majors considered as impractical? Because personally the way I see it, the entertainment/media industry is one of if not among the biggest and most prominent there is rn. Like I've seen alot of opportunities that pay alot? Even with things as simple as editing for clients abroad specially.

MMA student here! Kinda burnt out tbh, but reading this comment section made me realize how blessed I am to have the opportunity to shift and pursue this program (+ pay for my own tuition through arts). God is so sooo sooo good. 🥹✨ Praying for all the artists out there who are pursuing other programs. May God give you the strength to keep going. I hope that someday, you’ll find the right time to pursue your passion for arts. Keep creating, even in the smallest things. Padayon! ✨

chose med bc it was practical and thats what my parents wanted. 2 yrs later I was struggling so much to keep up it affected my mental and emotional health sm I kept failing. Realized med never was meant for me and I was given the opportunity to finally pursue my passion. Ill have to start over from the beginning but its okay. Life isn't a straight path and u will have to make some turns on the way but if something is for u, its for u talaga

I have a seperate Instagram account where I scroll through thousands of random cinematic films, and by scrolling through it I like I wanted to film like that too, especially filming the ocean it makes me calm and wanted to just melt.

The downside of being an MMA is mangangamba ka sa future mo if magagamit mo ba talaga course mo. Masaya ako sa MMA pero nag woworry ako sa future ko. Gusto ko maging director pero hirap kasi lalo connections ang pinaka need mo sa field na to sa future. Di ko alam pano bubuild name ko without connection kasi wala ako non, ako pinaka unang nag pursue ng Arts sa family namin. Thankfully supportive sila.
