U don’t need to replace all four for any vehicle. U can just replace both fronts or both backs. So 2 is fine

so in les schwab is the only tire store that only replace all 4 tires at other stores you don't have to and I don't know why sometimes they replace one or 2 at les schwab but reality it depends on the vehicle

no you don't have to change all tires at once.... I've had sedans trucks SUV's and even motorcycles and I have never had a problem with any of my vehicles and I never changed all four tires at once.... they just want you to spend more money.... that's it
