@evelyn.garces_: Pitbulls are one of the most common breeds in shelters across the US. By now, we’ve all heard the stereotypes about them. There is SO much noise, and all I have to say is…they’ve never met Delta. Delta is nothing like every single stereotype you’ve heard about pitties. She’s gentle, and sweet, and easy-going. She is perfect. Most pitbulls are. That doesn’t change the fact that a pitbull will never be chosen first. Everyone walks right past her like she doesn’t even exist, but she exists and she matters. Delta is at an open-intake shelter where we take in more dogs than you can count on your fingers in a day. Every day. The kennels are full, and eventually she will run out of time. If no one comes for her, Delta will be euthanized. So please, share this sweet girl.
