I think there's a difference between intentionality in pace and when a time is set for an event and people intentionally show up late. No matter the time set, I think the respect for the boundary of time is important. However, if we were to be looking at the psychological impact of taking it slow rather than speeding through things is a different thing, such as speeding through eating or driving or even speaking.
