Whisk dry ingredients. Beat butter, oil, and sugar until fluffy, then mix in vanilla, eggs, and sour cream. Fold in dry ingredients. Bake for 45–50 minutes, tenting with foil if needed. Cool completely. Cook raspberries and sugar for 8–10 minutes, then strain and cool. Beat butter until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, heavy cream, and raspberry syrup.
