Let me be perfectly clear: I am not. This isn't about partisan politics. It’s about the First Amendment. It’s about the terrifying precedent of using the UCMJ to go after a retired veteran's pension and rank for exercising their constitutional right to free speech. If they can do it to him, they can do it to any of us. We didn't swear an oath to a politician or a party; we swore it to the Constitution.
