I remember one quote of her talking to utena saying “you remember of the prince when I loved him” and there’s this scene (this time I have the pic) of her saying “and knowing everything of you, I love you” I like to interpret that she’s deep down still loves her brother (aka Dio) that’s why she stayed this abusive cycle to begin with, because she didn’t want to leave her delusions that her dear brother turned into a monster, but she has never loved akio but she loves Dio to the point she sacrificed herself for him

YES! she in fact saved him because of that and that also what make her suffer even more,that she used to love him even if he was keep hurting her and when she finally free herself from him,when she leaves him...she also leaves these feeling behind, because now with Utena she see what is truly love and care actually are... (in real life it actually hurt to get over these feelings even with loving partner,but for Anthy I think..it's kinda good,that it showing like this..)
