@krys.cooking: Cherry Filled Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting 🍒🧁 Recipe: Cupcakes: • 2 eggs • 120 g sugar • 100 ml milk • 100 g melted butter • 180 g flour • 1.5 tsp baking powder • pinch of salt • vanilla extract Cherry Filling: • 250 g cherries • 50–70 g sugar • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 1 tbsp water Cream Cheese Frosting: • 300 g cream cheese • 80–100 g powdered sugar • 100 ml heavy cream Instructions: 1. Cook cherries with sugar for 3–5 minutes. 2. Add cornstarch mixed with water and cook until thickened. Let cool. 3. Mix eggs and sugar, then add milk and melted butter. 4. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix gently. 5. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter, add cherry filling, then cover with more batter. 6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes. 7. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and heavy cream until fluffy. 8. Fill cooled cupcakes with cherry jam if desired and pipe frosting on top. Enjoy 🤍
