My friend told me to walk backwards because it’s good for my knee post surgery, didn’t know what I was working out until now but it definitely made a huge improvement in my recovery and it’s such a simple exercise

Yep. Half my time on treadmill (for heart) is walking backwards uphill and as fast as I can without holding on. Great exercise for this. Helps the shin splints and RLS.

I’m the only person I’ve ever seen at my gym walking backwards on the treadmill. As someone with hip and knee issues- it seriously helps relieve my pain. Very underrated! I’ll have to try the kettlebell move you’re doing
