yeah you need to clean your dryer vent exhaust pipe too. pull the dryer from the wall and clean the outlet with the drill brush at minimum

you should disconnect the dryer hose and use that in the back too. it's worth every penny to get your washer and dryer serviced annually by a local repairman IF you have the extra money.

There are also some screws on the front cover of the lint trap screen. You can take them off and then have easy access to really get in there! And cleaning the lint vent is helpful too!
