RECIPE: 3 Eggs 1 cup of sugar ½ cup of Oil ½ cup of Greek Yogurt 1 cup of Milk 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon 1 ½ cups of All Purpose Flour 1 3.4oz packet of Instant Lemon Pudding 1 tsp of Baking Powder ½ tsp of Baking Soda ½ tsp of Salt For the glaze: 1 cup of Powdered Sugar 3 tbsp of Lemon Juice  In a 9x5 lined loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes.

10 years ago my mom died a few days before thanksgiving. Even though she hadn’t cooked for it in years me and my brothers decided to do it anyway. I followed your recipes for each dish from the turkey and gravy to the mashed potatoes, you name it we made it. And even though it was the last time the 3 of us spent the holiday together to this day it was the best thanksgiving meal we had in that house. I still make several of those recipes to this day. ♥️
