Yes to all but then also ai does like 80% of this idk what people should learn in school im glad ive learned this before the ai hype. Coding can be without IDEs essentially but meetings and managing cloud sometimes need administration if it doesnt support cli commands

If someone wants to become a developer I would say language does not matter as much as the concepts of programming, its easy to switch languages once you understand one. Java, c# is good for the c style object oriented programming
