More show writers need to actually think about the consistency of their power scaling because it does make shows better… when you can understand WHY someone is winning a fight and it makes sense with the rules you’ve established within the power system, it becomes way more satisfying…it’s an issue with the boys and it’s an issue with invincible

And if he can’t fly up, can’t he blast down? It’s just concrete/soil. A regular Supe like Butcher trading blows in a fist fight and even gaining the upper hand is just making everyone ponder what’s the big deal about Homelander anyway why were we supposed to be worried for 5 seasons.
