I actually bought a 2$ mouth guard, it's my first one and first time moulding, after like 3 tries it fit perfectly

Bite more fermly not hard and dont cool it let it for 90 secs gum shield facing down and when u biting suck it then press on the back with your tongue and push with your fingers to the gum shield
