As someone with an old model x in Alaska… the cold doesn’t kill the battery… it’s more so the snow, especially when the snow gets deep. This is obviously not done by someone who owns an ev in a cold climate.

ENERGY DENSITY?? the big problem with sodium is weight. Until they fix that it’s a non starter. The cycle length / lifespan is already fixed with LFP
