if u guys want some sauce for ambient shit i typically take some strings and put a filter and maybe some maim on it for transients and granular effects. messing with the automation on the filter also helps too.

This is just dryless reverb. Reverb itself is a sort of spectral blurring if you look at it on a graph, it sort of mushes the sound so if you remove the dry entirely and configure it properly its basically js blur in and of itself

Another way I use is to apply Fruity Convolver, then Blur, and I usually select the pink one
