The fights were actually supposed to be bigger, but the budget went to some actors who weren’t supposed to have a lot of screen time. Also, the scene where Homelander flew the guy to space was actually supposed to be Elon Musk, and instead of flying, he would throw him into space. Also, all the Gen V characters, including the boys, would fight Homelander in the final battle.
