@drheejink: 1. Hydration—but make it well-aging. I layer a lightweight peptide serum with a ceramide-rich gel cream (perfect for summer!) for plump, glassy skin. 2. Picotoning + brightening serums. Picotoning helps fade my subtle sun spots with zero downtime—I maintain with brightening serums like thiamidol, vitamin c, etc and of course, strict sun protection. 3. Finding my retinoid rhythm. Slowly reintroducing Arazlo postpartum (2x/week) and alternating with a retinal + Matrixyl 3000 on other nights. It is totally OK to not be able to tolerate rx retinoid every night. Most people can’t! Just be consistent to see the results. 4. In-office skin tightening. I see this as an investment in aging gracefully and maintaining a youthful look—always best tailored by a dermatologist. 5. Lip care for plump lips! HA serum + a petrolatum-based ointment keeps my lips hydrated and plump. Add a little lip flip & it’s perfection. I haven’t had lip filler in 3+ years. 6. At-home devices as support. Great as an add-on, but not a replacement for in-office treatments. 7. Subtle botox. My favorite ways to use: baby botox for frown lines and crow’s feet, lip flip, and Nefertiti lift for a soft, natural lift. 8. Daily SPF—non-negotiable. The most important step for preventing premature aging. 9. Exercise & Healthy diet. 5 months postpartum and feeling strong, energized, and back to my baseline.#drheejink #skincare #dermatologo
