I did belong there, came back as an employee in the same system that treated me. I was a peer counselor and now social worker of 12 years. Nice to see you back, enjoy your message!

I've never been admitted, crazy but I've tried to get admitted. I get scared of the way my brain works and don't feel like I can be safe for myself or around others.

when i’ve been seeing patterns in “angel” numbers showing up for me constantly, and the like count being 222 on a video talking about belonging in a psych ward is so funny to me. bc im pretty sure ive been experiencing mania this last month. 3 hours of sleep, every night. wanting to tell everyone what i’ve been researching/ connections i’ve been making (which really aren’t that far fetched or anything), but spending hours on research & collecting data, literally making this tiktok account for the purpose of posting my projects when i am done with them. meanwhile my eyes are literally saucers ⚫️when i take pictures or look in the mirror. how long does this last you guys? im enjoying it. if i just intellectualize it like i do with every other thing and try to sleep & eat more will the crash not be as bad?

first time i was in the psych ward, i never really had that thought that i didnt need to be there. from what little i remember i was having a blast though.

My first time was after an intentional OD, I didn't come around until my second week there. When I woke up I had no idea where I was.
