@sqwissq: Sometimes the sentence “I’m fine” becomes so automatic that even you stop noticing how dishonest it is. You say it because it’s easier. Easier than explaining exhaustion you can’t fully describe, sadness that has no clear reason, thoughts that feel too heavy to place into ordinary conversation. Easier than watching people become uncomfortable when your honesty stops sounding manageable. So you learn how to hide yourself. Carefully. You smile at the right moments, reply normally, continue your routines, joke when expected, act emotionally stable enough that no one asks too many questions. And over time, pretending becomes habit. Not because you enjoy lying— but because functioning feels simpler than exposing how bad things actually feel inside you. Especially when you’ve already tried explaining yourself before and realized most people only know how to respond to pain when it’s temporary, understandable, easy to fix. But some feelings are not easy to explain. Some exhaustion settles so deeply into a person that it becomes part of how they move through life. You stop having dramatic breakdowns because the sadness becomes quieter than that. More constant. More internal. And that kind of pain is difficult to show people without feeling like a burden. So instead, you minimize everything. You say you’re just tired. Just stressed. Just overthinking. While internally, you feel disconnected from yourself in ways words barely reach. And maybe the hardest part is how loneliness grows through this habit. Because the more convincingly you pretend to be okay, the less chance anyone has to actually understand what you’re carrying. People begin seeing your mask as your real state, while the version of you that is struggling remains hidden almost everywhere. And eventually, even asking for help starts feeling unnatural. Because you built an identity around seeming fine. Strong. Composed. Easy to handle. But humans are not meant to endlessly survive through emotional performance. At some point, constantly suppressing your real state begins exhausting you more than the pain itself. You become tired not only from suffering—but from managing how invisible that suffering stays. Still, maybe hiding your pain does not mean you are weak or fake. Sometimes it simply means you became too used to carrying things alone. Too used to believing your emotions are something you should quietly endure instead of openly share. But maybe healing begins in smaller moments than dramatic honesty. Maybe it starts with allowing yourself to stop pretending all the time. With admitting—even privately to yourself—that you are not actually okay. Because denial can keep a person functional for a while. But honesty is what finally gives pain a chance to be understood, instead of endlessly hidden behind automatic smiles and rehearsed answers.

Когда видишь что человеку не хорошо хочется ему помочь...
И вы тем делаете больнее и себе и нам что не говорите.
Я понимаю что это тяжело но хотя бы друзьям или любимому человеку я думаю можно)
