None of these signs were even shown in my case. In fact, a few weeks before my annual review said "exceeds expectations", I was put on a medical leave for a month by my employers health services and then I was let go a month after returning from that. My supervisors attitude completely shifted towards me too and the first disagreement I had with him I think initiated the process.

My manager is about to conduct the “keep interview” with me but I feel like it’s a way to find my pain point and fire me. I am great at my job and constantly get good feedback but am scared. I also am about to leave and don’t want to lie about staying long term. Help!

Was on a 90 day PIP but then my position was abolished entirely. The signs were there so they can get a reorg authorized. At least I have 4 months severance?

Yo give me some info on a employee who's doing the best they can but is being told by supervisors that, "Your productivity is poor/low. If you want more hours or promote you have to have a higher productivity". I've been getting this for months and I try my best to work as best as possible but I always get this excuse every corner I turn

I got sent to a blizzard to do a start up. I could have done the start up over phone but they DEMANDED I go. Ended up ontop of a roof in Wisconsin in -7 degree weather

On the flip side. Some employees aren’t good at their job. And the PIPs are far overdue and it drags down the whole team and promotes dead weight

My employer fired me right after I returned from my intermittent FMLA leave that I have had for years and dug deep and found dirt on me which was “a pattern of months being clocked in but no productivity” despite me hitting or exceeding my weekly quota and targets. Not sure if it’s worth seeking an attorney out here in NJ as they terminated me for violations for code of conduct.
