I remember relying almost entirely on Amazon for sales. After a while, I realised I wanted to build something that wasn't limited to one marketplace. That's what pushed me to Shopify. I was still selling similar products, but having my own store made the business feel much more sustainable. If you'd like to know how I approached it, I'm happy to share.
