.8 grams of protein per lb of body weight on a lean bulk or maintaining. Maybe lowest .7 grams. When cutting 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. Simple.

I used to eat 180 then went down to between 130-150g. Most of my calories go towards carbs now.
