@_finallyallison: Ok here's my easy healthy banana bread recipe - mash up 4 emo bananas and combine with 2 eggs. Add 60g sugar, 50g brown sugar, 10g vanilla, and mix. Add 150g flour, 5g salt, 5g baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix. Add in toppings of choice and bake in a parchment lined baking dish for 35-45 mins in a 350° oven.
