@heidi.holm: How embarrassing of me😀 I’m temped to post the voicemail I sent to my mom after I broke it bc DAMN you can hear the pain I was in🤣😭 But update… it’s post op day 6, and omg I feel ten times better. The majority of the pain is gone, just sore now. The cast covers my whole arm but I can see some pretty gnarly bruising towards the top. It doesn’t really hurt to move my shoulder anymore, but it just feels very weak and fragile. I also can’t lift my arm up because it’s way too weak and my arm feels insanely heavy. But the cast should be coming off Wednesday I think! Oh and I can use my hand as much as I was able to before! #hu#humerusfractureu#humerusrepairr#brokenbonerecoveryost#postoph#arthrogryposis
