I developed a dry eye disorder after chemo and radiation. Agree. The pain and burn is crazy. Thank you for being so transparent. Happy to hear you are getting relief. Thanks for sharing! 🫶🏽👍🏽

I have severe dry eyes. A few years ago, I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn’t even blink. It was awful. Caused so much anxiety.

I feel your pain🥺. I’m the same. I absolutely hate it. Like rain or shine or snow I need sunglasses! Sometimes if I have to walk out without them, my eyeballs are like too faucets. 😭. I’m a green eyed girl. I use GenTeal tears for eye drops. I can’t remember, but one of the serums I bought came with this metal tool to apply.. the metal oval ball on top that spins I will take that and dip it in really hot water and just iron out my eyelids back-and-forth. Literally my eye doctor told me to do the hat compresses 400 times a day. Who has time for that?. he said they can do surgery and put #MIN heating pads under your eyelid. Ummmm, no thanks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated my dry eye, Sister. 🥺🤗🌸

Take more sun in your eyes no dosent blind you I sun gaze I had these same problems take off your shoes and plant your feet into grass or sand eat drink sea salt only too eat fruits so so important for your eyes and eat fish n grass fed meat ect ect 🙏🥺🥰
