Pikuach nefesh would apply in a situation like that and the requirement would shift to an obligation to NOT eat dairy because protecting a life overrides the custom of consuming dairy.

When ever I have dairy 🥛 I’m bloated 🫃🏼 like I’m pregnant. Never had this issue when I was younger though.
