I wonder if any of the girls from the school are gonna turn out to be daughters of handmaids we met in the show that were in neither books. That could make content for future seasons. Idk if I can handle waiting till season 2 to know who daisy rlly is if she’s not Nichole it’s eating me up

I was really apprehensive about watching the Testament because I have read the books, but my friend who’s never read any of the books watched it and raved about how good it was so she said to me just pretend like it’s another story from the handmaid‘s universe and try not to think about the book so it took me a little bit, but I finally sat down and watched it all this past weekend and actually I gotta say I give it a 9/10. Every time the book kind of creeped into my brain I had to push it back and I think for those of us who have read the books maybe that’s the way to do it in order to enjoy it. I’m actually looking forward to season two and find out what happens with the girls.

My mum had preordered the book but was away when it arrived and I was living at her house, she said I could have a look at it if I wanted but she would be reading it as soon as she got home so I had a couple of days to read it, I managed it 😂 I may need a reread though

I have a question I’m hoping you can answer. If Gilead got rid of Daisy’s adoptive parents they obviously knew who they were & also who Daisy is. June told Daisy that Gilead wanted her back because she was smuggled/saved out of Gilead. So if Gilead was aware of all of this, obviously knowing who Daisy is; how could it be possible for her to be under cover mayday and them not know who she really is?
