💯💯💯 On the spot. What Raymond mention about what hiring manager discuss after the interview amongst different candidate is the 4 thing mention. Two additional point I want to add is about the ability to link you experience and use it as an example how you have fulfilled it before. To understand this, use your opportunity to ask question about the company to ask the hirer what they are looking for and what is important for them. Your job is to spin your experience to connect with the requirement. Stop using your opportunity to ask question to ask about salary, bonus and working hour. Understand that you do not need to know all this before they decide to hire you. Once they decide you can ask as much as possible. Golden advice as usual Raymond.🔥🔥🔥

Will you able to make a video on how to craft an answer which covers all aspects of what you’ve mentioned? I struggle with sharing a lot more on what I executed instead of telling interviewers how I owned & planned the project myself. The project was then used as a skeleton for other similar projects leading to time savings & has been proven tested, reducing risk.
