hi! my bf has only been going for 16 days and there’s 71 days left. it’s really really hard at first but it gets better. i’ve been working a lot, going to the gym, hanging with his family and overall just staying busy. i haven’t gotten a letter yet but ik when i do, and when you do it’s gonna be such a relief. just remember he’s gonna be okay and so are you. it’s okay to miss him but keep yourself busy and happy not just for yourself but for him 💗

My man left May 26 for bootcamp at san diego and im still waiting for his first letter to arrivee, the quietness is killingg mee when im used to always hearing from him everyday and now no calls, no texts, just faith and hope waiting for his letter and having to pray God to give me the strength and patience to get through this and wait for him to graduate😓❤️‍🩹

hey honey! i’m 5 days away from seeing my man graduate boot camp, The first two weeks will be the roughest, allow yourself to feel the emotions but don’t let yourself cry all day and night, your bf wouldn’t want that! I found listening to his favorite music helps me as well as just staying busy, pick up extra shifts at work, watch the new show you’ve been saying you would watch, read that book you’ve been wanting to read! it’s a very hard time but it’s the perfect time to work on yourself and make yourself better, that’s what he’s doing!! i’ve also found writing helps a lot even if i’m not writing to him, i also got this little book from tiktok shop that has a bunch of phrases and you fill it out accordingly to you and your bf and it’s been helping me too! you can always dm me!! my grandfather would say this quote to my grandmother everytime he got deployed and it honestly really helped me through this…. “this small sliver of time is nothing in our lifetime together” you got this ml, soon enough you’ll be saying 5 more days until you see your man🤍🪖
