This is so terrible. This happened to an 11 yr old 2 cane Corso's. I have a Rottweiler so I understand what a HUGE responsibility that comes with owning a dog large breed potentially aggressive dog. Even though I raised my dog around kids on the Rugby pitch, football field etc. whenever Kids came over, he went into his crate. I have to be extra careful with him for his protection. He's been bitten several times luckily he has not done anything back. But I still have to watch him like a hawk. You have to be strong enough to control your dog, if they lunge etc, have the right collar, leash etc. There is a huge responsibility that comes with owning these types of breeds, and unfortunately most people are not responsible. They try to place human qualities on dogs. Every single dog is capable of attacking, they are dogs. People need to stop posting these foolish videos of infants laying next to their Pitbulls or their Rottweilers, etc. You have to look at statistics Pitbulls are number 1 and Rottweilers are a close, 3rd. You have to be extremely careful and realize that your dog being nice to your own family is not the same when a stranger:friend comes into your home and you have a dog that is aggressive. Aggressive out of control dogs capable of unalving need to be down. Yes, owners fault. I don't care how much people want to come after me for that. This woman is d3ad. There are d3ad kids & babies hearing about this all the time. Statistics don't lie and if you're defending the dog, shame on you. Most people should not have these breeds. I tell people don't get a Rottweiler. They're one of the most common breeds that wind up in shelters along with Pitbulls.

This is exactly why I don’t run outdoors! Dog owners whose dogs “don’t bite” always seem to be off leash!

Dragging her down the road? I have a pitbull… and I’m 100% aware of their mannerisms so I deal with an accordingly… That was something primal/ evil in those dogs that they would literally drag her down the road
