Serbian here. I'm always shocked at how little fact checking the news channels do. It's up to me to explain... 1. The number of people wasn't "tens of thousands". It was hundreds of thousands, maybe even a million. For context, Serbia's population is around 7 mil. 2. Often, Vucic's criminals (many of them convicted for serious crimes) are sent to infiltrate the protests and give the "police" a reason to attack. 3. Vucic is just the tip of the iceberg. He sits on top of a massive criminal organisation called Serbian Progressive Party (SNS). People don't just want Vucic to go to prison. They want to get rid of corruption that has spread to every corner of every public institution. Hope this helps explain.
