A quick, budget-friendly, kid-friendly Asian-inspired honey garlic chicken stir fry with colorful vegetables, served over rice. Ingredients: - 2 cups jasmine rice - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 cup honey - 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 head broccoli, cut into florets - 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - Optional: sesame seeds for garnish Instructions: 1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 3.
