Would you be able to explain the difference between taking a higher dose of turmeric or a supplement like this which has a much smaller amount of turmeric? It seems like when a supplement company combines with many things the amounts are much lower. I understand the combination works together with all the ingredients, but 110 mg of turmeric seems like a very small amount. Thanks

Please check all your meds for interactions, especially SSRIs. This will also thin your blood so be careful if you are on anticoagulant therapy.
