Cops act friendly because they are trying to relax you and get you to talk so they can build a case against you..Anything you blurt out can be used against you in court. There are only two responses when a cop starts asking questions. Officer I'm not going to discuss my day. And I don't answer any questions without a lawyer..

Bruh my car has auto headlights and one time I was driving my bfs car and forgot I had to turn them on bc it’s a different car, it’s a rental! She probably just didn’t know you had to turn them on! She didn’t seem drunk at all
