@casa_miyu: Let’s make easy Japanese food with ingredients from my local supermarket in Romania 🇷🇴🇯🇵 Today’s menu: Karaage (Japanese fried chicken) Ingredients: 800g boneless chicken thigh 4 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil (optional) 3 garlic cloves Small piece of ginger 1 tsp sugar Flour Oil Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic, grated ginger, and sugar. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat the oven to 250°C. Coat the chicken in flour, add some oil to a pan, place the chicken on top, then drizzle a little more oil over it.
