Uber ratings pmo. If you want to leave anything less than 5 stars you should be required to leave a minimum of 3 words. Anything lower than a 4, you should be required to fill out a formal complaint for the company’s review. Uber does nothing to protect the integrity of their rating system

I don’t think you should lose stars for not talking. The star rating is PURELY just for the driver’s safety, not comfort. They shouldn’t be rating you low because you weren’t chatting.
