If you are having a BBQ over the next few days I highly recommend you make these, they will go down an absolute treat! Just make sure you only add the sauce on after the come off the BBQ so they don’t burn. To make 4 skewers you will need: For skewers - 5 boneless & skinless chicken thighs diced in to 2cm pieces 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp parsley 1 tbsp olive oil Pinch salt For sauce - 3 tbsp kewpie mayo 2 tbsp sriracha sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp parsley Add all the chicken ingredients to a bowl then mix well until the chicken is evenly coated Split the chicken between the skewers then cook in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 190C or 15 mins at 200C in the oven. Mix together the sauce ingredients then brush half of the sauce over the skewers.
