@justahumblecook: Cooking for my wife’s birthday at Lytle Creek Villas! Part 2. Lunch. For lunch she requested samgyubsal, ssam and all the accoutrements, doenjang jjigae, and kimchi fried rice with cheese! she specifically wanted it to be cooked and eaten alongside the creek. As usual, I prepped way too much food, which to me, is the perfect amount of food so that everyone could eat as much as they want without feeling guilty or wondering if there would be enough food to go around.
