I have theory that they were fast af but for watching comfort its slowed down, or it's presented from their perspective, just like A-train walk in scene when he rescued Hughie. And they were all supes, producers didnt need to use power scalling in relation to normal people

Every time Homelander starts flying, he does a wind-up. He can't just go from 0 to Mach 3 in a split second. Is it so unreasonable to assume that 2 other supes are capable of reacting to that takeoff in time to stop him?
