Okay, I KNOW there’s people there A LOT smarter than me and I’m sure there’s an answer to this. But why can’t we put in/use some special sump pump or something, and just pump the material into smaller safer holding drums / IBC totes / ISO tank / Poly Tank until we get another safe tank to replace the one that’s there failing????
