Eid ul-Adha Special Rice Milk Dessert
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup rice
* 1 liter milk
* 1 cup sugar
* 1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
* A few strands of saffron (kesar)
* A pinch of salt
* Chopped dry fruits for garnish
Method
1. Wash the rice thoroughly with water and soak it for some time. Then grind it into a coarse paste.
2. Pour the milk into a pot and bring it to a boil.
3. Add the crushed rice to the boiling milk.
4. Cook on low flame for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
6. Continue cooking until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
7. Pour into serving bowls and garnish with dry fruits.
✨ Eid ul-Adha Special Dessert is ready to serve!
