Full recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: -3 chicken breast -1 chopped onion -1 tbsp butter -4 chopped garlic cloves -1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1 tsp dried parsley -2 chicken stock pots -2 heaped tbsp flour -350ml milk -frozen mixed veg -100ml water -1 roll puff pastry -1 egg for egg wash -sprinkle of rosemary Method: -place your chopped onion and garlic into a pan on medium heat with a splash of oil and a tbsp of butter to soften up -add in your chicken diced up to bite size pieces and your 2 stick cubes and stir every few minutes until chicken is fully cooked -once your chicken is cooked through, add in your flour and cook for 5 minutes, then your milk, keep stirring this around until it thickens up nicely -once thick, add in your frozen veg and your water, mix well and leave to cook for another 5 minutes or so until it’s at the consistency you like, then set to one side to cool -roll out your puff pastry sheet and cut into small squares and place them along the top of your pie mix so it’s all covered then cover with egg wash -place on the oven for 25-30 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius or until golden and crispy on top (if you don’t have a oven safe pan, place your mix into a oven dish and do the same process) -once done, sprinkle with a little salt and rosemary and enjoy!
